SuperSam QC
Scout Tobias, Quezon City
Located at the corner of Scout Tobias and Scout Rallos in Quezon City, Supersam was inspired by the Filipino word Samahan meaning “togetherness.” It's anybody who comes together with family and friends to enjoy good food and good company.

The first location out of their humble parking lot commissary back mid-2020, Supersam Quezon City's space includes the brand’s signature wall mural. 15-foot glass windows surrounding the dining area pouring the interiors with natural light, creating an open and bright environment. Walking through the restaurant, a 6-seater bar island flanks the entry, inviting patrons for a drink or two. Above the bar island hangs custom weaved lighting pendants that provides a warm glow.

On the accent walls and ceilings, are wooden slats adding texture, height and depth while creating a warm atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The monolithic liquor display, made from wood and steel, provides an effortless sophistication that embodies the brand’s light yet refined aesthetic. Approaching the restroom, are wall tiles in a playful yet subdued white honeycomb pattern terminated by a black and white mural art. The flooring is comprised of light woodgrain finish tiles, laid in a chevron pattern.

Unafraid of blending colorful tones, soft greys and warm wooden surfaces, Supersam's airy and bright aesthetic provides the perfect backdrop for a lively yet refined dining experience.
