A 9-storey mid-rise renovation project of one of the premiere public
hospital and teaching institution in the country. The main focus of this
phase is to modernize its central core "spine" and have an efficient
egress due to the fire that broke out on May 2021. As
the aging building started to show other inadequacies and
hinderances to modernization, additional scope was introduced as
part of this project such as the Structural Retrofit, Architectural and
Interior, Mechanical, Electrical and Auxiliary, Plumbing and Sanitary
renovation of the spaces affected by the initial scope of Fire
Suppression & Detection and Life Safety and Areas of Refuge.
