The Project is a Regional Planning for the coastal area of Pasacao, San Fernando, Minalabac, Bula, and Balatan in Camarines Sur. The study involves township planning for the five municipalities that aim to create a roadmap that addresses the sectoral challenges (e.g. socio-economic, infrastructure, transportation, health, education, etc.) within these areas.
