College of Saint Benilde Campus Master Plan

Adapting the concept of a University Town, the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde Campus Master Plan was designed to provide a coherent campus situated in public realm, integrating both the Town and Gown of the vicinity. Aside from integrating sustainable architecture and urban design features, the master plan also addressed the financial viability of the development resulting to progressive development phasing, adequate spatial allocation, design development standards and guidelines, projects, and programs to realize the goals, objectives and viability of the master plan.
