The Drug Abuse and Treatment Center is a joint project of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and The Government of Japan though the Japan International Cooperation Agency, to establish and/or upgrade existing drug abuse treatment and rehabilitation centers and strengthening the policies of treatment and rehabilitation of illegal drug users.
The facility includes a reception building, vistiors, buildings, various patient dorms, religious facilities, a medical facility for treatment and primary care, amenities, as well as various support structures.
