Philippine General Hospital Masterplan

The PGH Master Plan includes sectoral environmental scanning and assessment of the institution. These findings include comprehensive research and analyses of the existing conditions of the hospital, mappings and as-built drawings, and stakeholder interviews. This information was used to come up with proposals and recommendations for the improvement of the institution, its service, and its capacity. Most of these strategies were already implemented during the master plan such as a healthier healing environment, especially for the covid-19 facilities, life safety plans, utility and structural rehabilitation, and renovation. The overall goal for the master plan is to create a roadmap for the UP-PGH in achieving an efficient, safe, sustainable, and resilient campus hospital
