Nickel Asia Corporation (NAC) Tower Office Building

The NAC Tower is one of the standout figures in the skyline of Bonifacio Global City. Found along 32nd Street, the skyscraper is a 30-storey high office building that provides a flexible but efficient floor plate for 22 office floors and 8 levels of parking. Designed with premium materials such as high performance glass fenestrations and above standard utilities infrastructure, the building also features architectural details such as the metal cut-out framework for sun shading as well as private balconies with lush greenery at key floors. These design features coalesce in a structure adequately designed to withstand earthquakes prevalent in the Philippines.
